This is a pre-workout designed by Optimum Nutrition that is an advanced version of their pre-workout, which intensifies energy & focus. It contains 6g of L-citrulline, 3.2g Beta-alanine and 200mg caffeine.

As you can see from the table, that although the advanced pre-workout doesn't have creatine, the Advanced pre makes up for it with increased amounts of citrulline, L-carnitine, L-Tyrosine, Peformelon, Caffeine. It also contains extra ingredients such as Grape Seed and L-Theanine - making it a definite upgrade from the original.
The flavours of this pre-workout is also amazing - a combination of both natural and artificial flavouring, with a sucralose sweetener.
