Arginine Nitrate: can help increase blood flow via nitric oxide production leading to better pumps.†

Who Should / Shouldn't Take It?

Directions

Directions For USPlabs Yok3d:

As a dietary supplement, based on published kinetic data, take 3 capsules 90 minutes before a workout on empty stomach or 2-3 hours before a workout with or without food, which ever is more convenient for you. If training within 2 hours of waking, consume 3 capsules upon waking, with or without food. If you weigh 140 pounds or less, begin by taking 2 capsules. Once tolerance has been assessed, you may add 1 additional capsule per workout based upon the following weight chart:

-140 lbs : 2 Capsules
141-190 lbs: 3 Capsules
191-230 lbs: 4 Capsules
231 lbs +:4-5 Capsules

Take on workout days only. Use in conjunction with proper exercise & nutrition protocol for your desired results.

Delivery

How long will my order take to be delivered

All deliveries will take a maximum of 3 to 5 working days but on most occassions we will try our best to get your order there much sooner where most of our deliveries are actually received the following working day however on busier periods may take up to the 3 working day.

To ensure all deliveries run smoothly and no extra charges occur for a missed delivery if you have not received your parcel within 7 days of ordering please call us so we can work together to ensure your parcel isn’t returned to us.

We use various carriers for shipping, these include- Royal Mail, Myhermes, UK Mail, DPD & UPS.

We offer free delivery on all orders above £75 otherwise there is a set charge of £3.95 per order.

I have received a damaged item, what shall I do?

We want all of our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know as soon as you can by contacting Customer Services.

In some circumstances we may require an image of the damaged item in order for us to send a replacement or refund. Please do not dispose of the item before you are advised to do so by Customer Services.


I have received an incorrect item, what shall I do?

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please let Customer Services know as soon as you can. Please provide Customer Services with the full description and the barcode of the incorrect item you have received.


I have an item missing from my delivery, what shall I do?

If you have received a short delivery, please contact Customer Services as soon as you can.

We may require an image of the packing you received your order in to help with our investigation.

Please be advised we need to be notified of any discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.
