Here at the Good Guru we believe in creating completely natural products which are wholly beneficial, packed with nutrients that complement one another and do exactly what they are meant to do. We have added a blend of 4 essential and science-based ingredients into our SKINKARE capsules.

We all know that eating a nutritious diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables and drinking plenty of fresh water is the key to healthy glowing skin. However, as we age the skin matures and is prone to show signs of aging such as wrinkles, fine lines, age spots and sometimes breakouts.

We have used 800mg of Amla powder in our blend, which is used in Ayurvedic medicine and health treatments widely, used both as a paste and internally. The expression you are what you eat resonates highly with the herb Amla. It comes from the juice of the Gooseberry fruit and is an essential plant food to feed the skin, hair and nails. Amla has an incredible vitamin C profile and it might surprise you; when comparative to an Orange it has 8 times the vitamin, combating the signs of aging like no other. The antioxidant effect of vitamin C on the body is powerful enough to help fight disease and illness. This essential vitamins in Gooseberry boost the production of collagen, which helps combat the signs of aging, creating firmer, tighter more radiant skin. Amla powder fights micro-organisms that are present in the skin which can lead to breakouts.

We have used Turmeric in our SKINKARE blend. Turmeric is one of the wonders of the world, known for its incredible array of healing properties. Turmeric has the bioactive compound Curcumin and it is this that has the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, specifically designed to stop inflammation and toxicity that can cause skin issues. Curcumin is known for providing that dewy glow that resonates with good nutrition. In addition to it improving skin appearance, conditions such as psoriasis are helped by the compound.

Rama Tulsi another herb that is often prescribed by Ayurvedic practitioners is commonly known as ‘The Holy Basil’, due to its wide health benefits, known to strengthen immunity, it is antibacterial, antiseptic and antiviral. Tulsi has essential electrolytes containing minerals that have the job of conducting electrical messages within our cells, keeping our skin firm and supple. Electrolytes also eliminate the toxins. 

Our fourth wonder food is Manjistha which combats dry skin, rashes, itchiness and inflammation. It lightens scars and marks and flushes toxins out of the body.

All orders will be dispatched within 48 hrs of cleared payment excluding orders placed over the weekend. These orders will be dispatched first thing Monday. If for any reason there is a delay with your order you will be contacted straight away.


How long will my order take to be delivered

All deliveries will take a maximum of 3 to 5 working days but on most occassions we will try our best to get your order there much sooner where most of our deliveries are actually received the following working day however on busier periods may take up to the 3 working day.

To ensure all deliveries run smoothly and no extra charges occur for a missed delivery if you have not received your parcel within 7 days of ordering please call us so we can work together to ensure your parcel isn’t returned to us.

We use various carriers for shipping, these include- Royal Mail, Myhermes, UK Mail, DPD & UPS.

We offer free delivery on all orders above £75 otherwise there is a set charge of £3.95 per order.

I have received a damaged item, what shall I do?

We want all of our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know as soon as you can by contacting Customer Services.

In some circumstances we may require an image of the damaged item in order for us to send a replacement or refund. Please do not dispose of the item before you are advised to do so by Customer Services.

I have received an incorrect item, what shall I do?

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please let Customer Services know as soon as you can. Please provide Customer Services with the full description and the barcode of the incorrect item you have received.

I have an item missing from my delivery, what shall I do?

If you have received a short delivery, please contact Customer Services as soon as you can.

We may require an image of the packing you received your order in to help with our investigation.

Please be advised we need to be notified of any discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.
