Directions For NeuroCore Pre-Workout: Shake container thoroughly before use. Consume 30 to 45 minutes before activity. We strongly recommend that you assess your tolerance first by using 1 scoop mixed with 6 oz. of water, especially if you are sensitive to stimulants. For full effects, mix 2 scoops with 12 oz. of water once your tolerance has been assessed. Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24-hour period. Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.

Warnings: Not intended for use by persons under 18. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. One serving of this product contains up to as much caffeine as 2 cups of coffee. Caffeine-sensitive individuals may experience symptoms including (but not limited to) restlessness, nervousness, tremors, anxiety, increased heart rate or difficulty sleeping. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine or stimulants. Consult a medical doctor before use if you have a medical condition and before starting a diet or exercise program. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation from the concentrated performance dose of beta-alanine. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.


Delivery

All orders will be dispatched within 48 hrs of cleared payment excluding orders placed over the weekend. These orders will be dispatched first thing Monday. If for any reason there is a delay with your order you will be contacted straight away.

How long will my order take to be delivered

All deliveries will take a maximum of 3 to 5 working days but on most occassions we will try our best to get your order there much sooner where most of our deliveries are actually received the following working day however on busier periods may take up to the 3 working day.

To ensure all deliveries run smoothly and no extra charges occur for a missed delivery if you have not received your parcel within 7 days of ordering please call us so we can work together to ensure your parcel isn’t returned to us.

We use various carriers for shipping, these include- Royal Mail, Myhermes, UK Mail, DPD & UPS.

We offer free delivery on all orders above £75 otherwise there is a set charge of £3.95 per order.

I have received a damaged item, what shall I do?

We want all of our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know as soon as you can by contacting Customer Services.

In some circumstances we may require an image of the damaged item in order for us to send a replacement or refund. Please do not dispose of the item before you are advised to do so by Customer Services.


I have received an incorrect item, what shall I do?

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please let Customer Services know as soon as you can. Please provide Customer Services with the full description and the barcode of the incorrect item you have received.


I have an item missing from my delivery, what shall I do?

If you have received a short delivery, please contact Customer Services as soon as you can.

We may require an image of the packing you received your order in to help with our investigation.

Please be advised we need to be notified of any discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.
