For this reason we have created a carefully balanced formula of whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate. The whey isolate aims to fuel your positive nitrogen balance within 70 minutes, with a second wave of positive nitrogen with whey concentrate 2-3 hours after, which gives you a longer sustained release of positive nitrogen to the blood stream to support muscular growth and muscular stress recovery.
We have further enhanced our balanced formula with a Microbiome Therapy consisting of pre and probiotic bacteria which, in line with recognised leading natural therapists, we believe are of huge importance in supporting the gut lining, to help process the absorption of high biological-value proteins.

Serving suggestion: We recommend using this product in line with a healthy diet and training regime.  We recommend using 3 servings per day, 4 hours apart to help maintain a positive metabolic nitrogen balance.  Mix one 30g scoop with 350ml of chilled water in your Fitness Culture shaker cup and consume within 15 minutes of mixing powder content with water.

How long will my order take to be delivered

All deliveries will take a maximum of 3 to 5 working days but on most occassions we will try our best to get your order there much sooner where most of our deliveries are actually received the following working day however on busier periods may take up to the 3 working day.

To ensure all deliveries run smoothly and no extra charges occur for a missed delivery if you have not received your parcel within 7 days of ordering please call us so we can work together to ensure your parcel isn’t returned to us.

We use various carriers for shipping, these include- Royal Mail, Myhermes, UK Mail, DPD & UPS.

We offer free delivery on all orders above £75 otherwise there is a set charge of £3.95 per order.

I have received a damaged item, what shall I do?

We want all of our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know as soon as you can by contacting Customer Services.

In some circumstances we may require an image of the damaged item in order for us to send a replacement or refund. Please do not dispose of the item before you are advised to do so by Customer Services.

I have received an incorrect item, what shall I do?

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please let Customer Services know as soon as you can. Please provide Customer Services with the full description and the barcode of the incorrect item you have received.

I have an item missing from my delivery, what shall I do?

If you have received a short delivery, please contact Customer Services as soon as you can.

We may require an image of the packing you received your order in to help with our investigation.

Please be advised we need to be notified of any discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.
