As many leading athletes know, all proteins are not the same. The absorption and bioavailability of proteins is crucial to an athlete’s success. For this reason, we have created a carefully balanced formula of whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate. The whey isolate aims to fuel your positive nitrogen balance within 70 minutes, with a second wave of positive nitrogen with whey concentrate 2-3 hours after, which gives you a longer sustained release of positive nitrogen to the bloodstream to support muscular growth and muscular stress recovery.
We have further enhanced our balanced formula with a Microbiome Therapy consisting of pre and probiotic bacteria which, in line with recognised leading natural therapists, we believe are of huge importance in supporting the gut lining, to help process the absorption of high biological value proteins.

Serving suggestion: We recommend using this product in line with a healthy diet and training regime. We recommend using 3 servings per day, 4 hours apart to help maintain a positive metabolic nitrogen balance. Mix one 30g scoop with 350ml of chilled water in your Fitness Culture shaker cup and consume within 15 minutes of mixing powder content with water.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Sometimes it is likely there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders. In such cases, orders with Next Day Delivery shipping paid for will be prioritised first.
Our cut off for Next Day Delivery is be 1 pm, Mon - Friday. Any Next Day delivery orders placed after this cut off time will be processed the next day. If a Next Day delivery order is placed on Friday after 1 pm - will not be dispatched until Monday 1pm, meaning you'll usually receive your item on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Although rare, stock errors do occur, and we may not have the product you paid for in stock. When this occurs, we will either give you a call to inform you the product is out of stock, and offer alternatives to the price you've paid, or refund you. In some cases, we may be able to get more stock in, and we will let you know when your order will be successively shipped out - when this happens we tend to chuck in free samples!

Free local delivery is available for orders over £30 within 5 Miles of our branches in Wembley (HA9 6AZ).
Deliveries are made by a member of our team. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. If we can not make a local delivery, we will make arrangements for your order to be shipped out with a courier service of our choosing.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Wembley or Greenford stores. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 Business days unless we contact and inform you otherwise. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11.30 am - 6.30 pm on Mon-Sun Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
