Serving suggestion: 1 part (35 g - 3 brand name powder) dissolve in 100-200 ml of water. Immediately after preparation. Training days: 1-3 servings daily (in the morning after waking up, after training and at bedtime). Days without training: 1-3 servings. Do not use it if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

How long will my order take to be delivered

All deliveries will take a maximum of 3 to 5 working days but on most occassions we will try our best to get your order there much sooner where most of our deliveries are actually received the following working day however on busier periods may take up to the 3 working day.

To ensure all deliveries run smoothly and no extra charges occur for a missed delivery if you have not received your parcel within 7 days of ordering please call us so we can work together to ensure your parcel isn’t returned to us.

We use various carriers for shipping, these include- Royal Mail, Myhermes, UK Mail, DPD & UPS.

We offer free delivery on all orders above £75 otherwise there is a set charge of £3.95 per order.

I have received a damaged item, what shall I do?

I have an item missing from my delivery, what shall I do?
