Ensure optimal hydration throughout the day with the Applied Nutrition 2.5 litre water jug. Hydration plays a key role in optimum performance, so this is an ideal and convenient way of ensuring you meet your water needs. The jug is lightweight and versatile, so you can keep it with you during the day, on your travels, in the office, or when training in the gym. For those that don't like the metric system, it is equivalent to 0.66 Gallon / 88 oz when full.

The jug has a plastic screw cap with a plastic inner thread to prevent leaks, and has a separate access tab for drinking from, preventing the inconvenience of having to remove the cap to take on fluid, this prevents you from losing the cap, The jug has a plastic handle on the side to hold while drinking, and the large spout means that it's quick and easy to drink from.

The plastic used in the bottle PETG/BPA Free. It's a sturdy and resilient design.

Note that the jug is not suitable for hot liquids.

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Sometimes it is likely there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders. In such cases, orders with Next Day Delivery shipping paid for will be prioritised first.

Our cut off for Next Day Delivery is be 1 pm, Mon - Friday. Any Next Day delivery orders placed after this cut off time will be processed the next day. If a Next Day delivery order is placed on Friday after 1 pm - will not be dispatched until Monday 1pm, meaning you'll usually receive your item on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Although rare, stock errors do occur, and we may not have the product you paid for in stock. When this occurs, we will either give you a call to inform you the product is out of stock, and offer alternatives to the price you've paid, or refund you. In some cases, we may be able to get more stock in, and we will let you know when your order will be successively shipped out - when this happens we tend to chuck in free samples!

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over £30 within 5 Miles of our branches in Wembley (HA9 6AZ).

Deliveries are made by a member of our team. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. If we can not make a local delivery, we will make arrangements for your order to be shipped out with a courier service of our choosing.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Wembley or Greenford stores. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 Business days unless we contact and inform you otherwise. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 11.30 am - 6.30 pm on Mon-Sun Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@libertysupplements.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@libertysupplements.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
